Foundations
You pass a list into a function. The function appends to it and returns nothing. What does the caller see afterwards?

How the placement works
Three questions per phase, twenty-four in total. A phase counts as held if you get two of its three. The day you are given is the first phase you did not hold, not the worst one, because the path is sequenced and a gap you skip past gets carried the whole way.
The map is an estimate and it says so. A right answer lights the concepts that question was about, plus everything those rest on, walked through the same prerequisite graph the curriculum is built from. Twenty-four questions cannot survey 358 concepts. They can tell you which end of them you are standing at.
Nothing is sent anywhere. The questions, the grading and the drawing all run in this tab, and closing it loses the result, which is the trade for not asking you to sign in first.
